STILL PICTURE VIDEO EQUIPMENT

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the still picture of a high S/N from a moving picture video tape recorder by deciding variation amount at every frame of a recorded moving picture and adding plural frames with data after motion correction concerning a correctable image. CONSTITUTION:A motion detecting means 14 compares the data in a standard picture frame memory 12 with that in an input picture frame memory 13 and decides whether the accumulation of difference is less than a set threshold value or not. When the accumulation is decided more than the threshold value and the correction can be executed, the data of the input picture frame memory 13 are computed by a moving vector arithmetic processing means 15 and stored again through an arithmetic processing data bus 17 to the input picture frame memory 13. When processing using the arithmetic processing data bus 17 is executed more than specified number of times, a correction possibility deciding means 16 abandons the data in the input picture frame memory 13 and averaging means 19 executes the addition and average of the data stored in plural memories 18 and outputs a result to an image output terminal 20 as the still picture of the high S/N.
