PURPOSE:To permit the continuous control of the opening and/or closing condition of a damper by a method wherein the position of an opening and closing plate is detected by the simple and continuous change of a resistance and the opening size of an opening unit is set so as to be a predetermined opening size by a difference of an objective inside temperature and an actual inside temperature. CONSTITUTION:An inside temperature, controlled by a damper, is inputted by an inside temperature detecting means 21 and is outputted to an external input 23 as a signal S1. The objective temperature of the damper is outputted from a temperature setting means 22 to the external input 23 as a signal S2. Next, a difference between the objective temperature and the inside temperature is obtained to obtain the opening size of an opening and closing plate 23. The objective value of resistance between a brush 17 and another brush 18 it determined by the obtained opening size. The present value of resistance between the brush 17 and the brush 18 are inputted by a position detecting means 18 while a signal S3 from a position detecting means 19 and another signal S4 from the external input 25 are inputted into a comparing means 24 to compare an objective value of resistance and the present value of a resistance. Next, a signal S7 outputted from a comparing means 24 is inputted into a driving means 26 while a signal S8 is outputted by the driving means 26 to a motor 6 to finish the conduction of electricity whereby the rotation of an output cam 10 is finished. |
