PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition with favorable processability, excellent balance between modulus and pyrogenicity, favorable cold flow property and excellent balance in tanδ. SOLUTION: The rubber composition is prepared by blending 0.5-100 wt.% of a rubber component of a modified conjugated diene polymer A having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 or over and having a fullerene in the molecule.
