PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of performing supercritical fluid chromatography and liquid chromatography with one apparatus.SOLUTION: A valve configured to switch-over between a pressure state and a release state of releasing into the air is used as a back-pressure valve 24 in supercritical fluid chromatograph. From a state of a supercritical fluid chromatography analysis, a pump 4 for supplying supercritical fluid is stopped, and then a pump 10 for supplying a solvent used as a modifier is continuously operated so that switching to liquid chromatography can be carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
