摘要 Conventional production methods for precision resistors are essentially based on individual secondary processing operations (controlled adjustment) and/or sorting and rejecting the resistors produced in a preceding production run. It is intended to avoid the high technical and time expenditure, and also the acceptance of high rejection rate, which are characteristic of these methods, by virtue of the invention with the aid of a fundamentally different procedure. For this purpose, resistors with relatively high tolerance (for example + 1%) are arranged into resistance classes within this tolerance; for example 100 classes in the range + 1% with a width of 0.02% in each case: -1.00 to -0.098%; -0.98% to -0.96%; ...-0.02 to 0%; 0 to 0.02%...0.98% to 1.00%. Resistors from these classes are combined (for example in series) in pairs, symmetrically (for example two resistors with the same nominal value from the classes -0.12 to -0.10% and 0.10 to 0.12%), and also asymmetrically (resistors with different nominal values from suitable classes) and/or multiply such that a precision resistor with low tolerance results.
