PURPOSE: A method and a device for implementing a compatible phone page in terminals of other mobile communication providers, is provided to create one code to the phone page, which is a home page selectively used in a wireless terminal, through simple interface on a wired web, and to make the phone page compatible in terminals of every domestic mobile communication provider having specific code system. CONSTITUTION: When a signal for connecting a user to a server through a gateway and a base station of a mobile communication provider is inputted, a head analyzer checks header information of an inputted source code. A controller decides a type of the source code. The controller delivers a control signal according to the type of the source code delivered from a terminal, to automatically create one source code. The signal is generated to maintain a connected state. When a user is identified for registration, information by the registration is inputted and stored, and the process of registration is completed. A server makes a user's address inputted on a display window of the terminal. An upper menu, a medium menu respectively included in the upper menu, and lower menu are displayed for selection. When one of the lower menus is clicked, information corresponding to the menu is displayed. When a deletion area or a predetermined area is clicked to delete or correct information while searching information of the upper, medium and lower menu, a user's password is inputted. When the password is identified, the deletion or correction is performed.
