PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten sound pressure sound-emitted from the sound emitting hole of a housing in the sound emitting structure of a housing in a compact electronic equipment such as a pager building-in a speaker. SOLUTION: This structure provides a waterproof film 14 for the sound emitting hole 12 of the housing 11 housing a speaker (speaker case) 22. Then the waterproof film 14 is fitted to the inside face of the housing 11 with respect to the sound emitting hole 12 and a clearance (c) is provided between this waterproof film 14 and the speaker (speaker case) 22. Then a dust proof layer 15 preventing foreign matters from entering is fitted to the outside face of the housing 11 with respect to the sound emitting hole 12. In adition a recessed part 13 consecutive to the sound emitting hole 12 is formed at the outside face of the housing to fit a protection cover 16 with a sound emitting hole 17 by intermediately mounting the dustproof layer 15 to this recessed part 13. |
