PURPOSE:To eliminate jamming of paper and to improve working efficiency and safety, by enabling to sample the paper to be imspected correctly and safety. CONSTITUTION:An operation button is pressed and a rocking frame 15 is moved to a newsprint picking position from a waiting position. Transfer of newsprint is suspended by a method wherein simultaneously with the above a pulse detector 70 is actuated, after the lapse of an established period of time instructions are sent to a solenoid 65 for stopper driving and a stopper 61 is decended to a position separated at a constant distance from a fold of the newsprint 72 on an intermedaite conveyer belt 11. Simultaneously with the above the newsprint 72 is prevented from rolling upward by descending unitarily a press plate 62 and press roller 64. Simultaneously with the above a guide nail 30 i discended by a solenoid 32 for vertical movement of the guide nail and then the stopper 61 is made to ascend. The newsprint 72 is put into a space between a first and second delivery rollers 17, 19 through rotations of them and after confirmation of insertion a rocking frame 15 is rocked up to an unloading position of the newsprint 72. Then the newsprint 72 is unloaded for checking the same. The title sampling operation can be performed by only pressing an operating button. |
