POTABLE NAVIGATION DEVICE'S CALLER IDENTIFICATION UNITED METHOD

A method for providing caller information in a portable navigation device is provided to improve customer satisfaction by displaying customer information stored in a memory on a screen when getting a phone call from the customer. A method for providing caller information in a portable navigation device comprises the steps of: inputting caller information to use a caller identification function by using the navigation device; storing input information in a memory; executing a CRM(Customer Relationship Management) mode when incoming call rings at the state a manual setting key for converting a navigation mode into the CRM mode is not input; and executing the CRM mode if the manual setting key is input for converting the navigation mode into the CRM mode.
