A hand tool for dispensing a strip 23 of threaded pins 30 interconnected by breakable portions 34, e.g. dental pins, comprises elongated body 11 for holding the strip and slidable (or rotatable) hand-operated means 15, 16 for gripping the strip and moving the strip through nozzle 27. In a dental operation a protruding pin 30 which has been bent by pressing against a hard surface, is coated with adhesive, inserted in a tooth 32 and then broken off from the strip. <IMAGE> |
