PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a torque sensor whose size is miniaturized and which is attached easily. SOLUTION: This torque sensor for a bicycle is a sensor used to detect a torque acting on a crankshaft which is mounted on the hanger part 2B of the frame 2 of the bicycle so as to be freely rotatable and which is mounted in such a way that a right crank and a left crank cannot be turned. The sensor is provided with a bearing housing 42 and pressure sensors 45a to 45d. The bearing housing 42 supports the crankshaft 43 in both end parts. The pressure sensors 45a to 45d are sensors which can be arranged between the bearing housing 42 and a left cylindrical member 40 and a right cylindrical member 41 which are used to mount the bearing housing on the hanger part.
