DEVICE FOR PREVENTING DROOP OF WIRE ROPE IN CRANE

PURPOSE: A wire rope droop preventer of carne is provided to efficiently prevent a wire rope from dropping caused by overload of a hook connected to the wire rope. CONSTITUTION: A wire rope droop preventing device of a crane comprises an upper shave(10) mounted on a crab(14); a drum(12) connected to the upper shave; a hook installed on a lower shave; plural wire ropes connected to the lower shave; and a rope balance(16) arranged on the crab. An end portion(30a) of the wire rope is wound on the drum through the upper and lower shaves. The other portion(30b) of the wire rope is fixed on the rope balance of the crab. The wire rope is wound according to driving of the drum form transferring weight material by moving the hook. Thereby, the wire rope droop preventing device of the crane prevents the wire rope from dropping caused by overload of the hook connected to the wire rope.
