<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the wasteful consumption of power, by providing an ejector sucking oxygen-containing gas in sludge-containing water with the flowing of sludge-containing water to a water return passage and effectively utilizing hydraulic energy. CONSTITUTION:A water supply passage 7 with a pump P2 supplying sludge- containing water under pressure from a suction tank 3 and a water return pipe 8 are provided so as to connect an aeration tank 1 and a filter apparatus 6. An ejector 10 sucking air with the flowing of sludge-containing water is provided to the water return pipe 8 and an air sucking amount control valve V2 is connected to the suction passage 10a of the ejector 10. Aeration treatment can be performed not only in the water return passage 8 but also in a rising flow passage R2. A sludge separation tank 11 is connected to the suction tank 3 so as not only to enable the recovery of excessive sludge but also to make it possible to return treated water to the suction tank 3 through a return passage 12 with a pump P3. By this method, the unnecessary consumption of power can be eliminated.</p> |
