A MODEL JIG OF CAMSHAFT MOLD AND PROCESS FOR INSERTING CHILLER USING THEREOF

A model jig of a camshaft mold and a chiller insertion method using the same are provided to insert a chiller and a filter into the mold quickly by disposing plural chillers and a filter in the model jig in advance and then inserting the chillers and the filter into the main mold at a time. A model jig is installed at an inverting member rotating at 180 degrees around an inverting shaft and fitted with a filter and plural chillers in advance to insert the chillers and the filter into a mold at the same time with reversely turning the chillers and the filter. A model jig plate(100) of predetermined thickness comprises a filter mounting hole(140) formed in the center of one side; a pair of chiller insertion plate mounting units(110) bored through the inside in a longitudinal direction; and plural mounting and fixing holes(130) fixed to the inverting member. Plural chiller insertion plates(120) are fixed on each proper position of the chiller insertion plate mounting units of the model jig plate.
