PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent volatile substance in a composition from being eluted from a rubber plug and to make ascending gas of a medicine absorbed by designing the rubber plug in such a manner that volatile substance, which makes the environment in a vessel worse, is not eluted at all when the vessel is sealed with the rubber plug in which a resin film without scratch is covered on the legs to be in contact with medicine. SOLUTION: A forming body without impurity substance is impregnated with a solution of viscous plant powder and high molecular weight polyethylene powder, the plant powder and polyethylene powder is into mold 7, the forming body is inserted at the upper part of the mold 7, and an upper mold 6 is aligned and heated/pressurized. When the polyehytlene powder is eluted and ascended to the top of the legs for forming, the eluted polyethylene powder is not adhered to inert resin films 4, 5 which are heat resistant and covered on the mold surface, but is eluted at a rubber plug side 17 and covered on the end of the legs in a thick layer. Volatile substance of decomposed oligomer in the composition is not eluted at all, and the plant fiber absorbs the ascending gas. |
