A system and a method for inheriting cyber assets are provided to efficiently manage the cyber assets by enabling an heir to inherit the cyber assets when a user of the cyber assets has an accident. A database(102) stores user information, heir information, and inherited cyber assets information of the user(110). An inheritance processor(104) verifies an accident evidence notice presented from the survivors(120) or an interested person of the user, and informs the heirs(130a-130c) stored in the database of the inheritance of the cyber assets if the accident evidence notice is verified. A unique code generator(106) generates unique code for identifying a certified user. The unique code is used as a certification tool to use the cyber assets. A right provider(108) provides an access right to the cyber assets inherited to the heir. The inherited cyber assets are continuously used or included to the cyber assets of the heir according to an intention of the heir. |
