The present invention relates to a device for steering a hazardous situation caused by a hazard wrongdoer and for carrying out and/or supporting an operation relating thereto in the event of a hazardous situation within a danger zone (12), in particular in a building, wherein the hazardous situation is limited to a danger zone (12) such as a building or a surface, comprising a number of alarm indicators arranged in the danger zone (12); an information reception device (14) which receives information relating to the hazardous situation and converts it into corresponding further first signals; a conversion and forwarding device (18) which collects, bundles and converts the first signals according to the requirements into a standard format as well as forwards them to a computing unit (22), said computing unit (22) processing the first signals, conditioning the hazardous situation and from this generating action suggestions for supporting the operation; a display unit (26) which represents the hazardous situation conditioned by the computing unit (22) and the generated action suggestions; an input unit (28), by which a user can confirm, refuse, add, change action suggestions or replace them with his own action suggestions, wherein, after processing by the user, the action suggestions can be converted into device-related instructions and person-related instructions and fed to the computing unit (22); an execution device (30) which outputs and/or executes the device-related instructions corresponding to the second signals; and an evacuation device which displays or displays and outputs the person-related instructions corresponding to the second signals for the persons present in danger zone, wherein the conversion and forwarding device (18) formats the second signals according to the requirements in such a way that they can be displayed or displayed and outputted by the evacuation device.
