摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooling device which has a small size, light weight, and cooling efficiency, by constituting a heat exchange section of an extruded material having a single or a plurality of through holes formed in the length direction. SOLUTION: A heat exchange section 20 attached to a casing for housing a converter, a first header section 30 provided with an inlet section 31 in which the cooling water W2 of a motor flows, and a second header section 40 provided with an outlet section 41 from which the cooling water W2 flows out are vertically arranged in this order from the bottom side. In the section 20, a plurality of through holes 21 is formed in the length direction by extrusion and, in the side face section of the section 20 where the through hole 21 are not formed, attaching holes 24 for the casing are provided. Namely, the increase of parts cost of a cooling device is suppressed and, at the same time, the heat transferring area of the device is increased by constituting the section 20, in which the cooling water W2 is heated through heat exchange, of an extruded material having the through holes 21. In addition, since the attaching holes 24 for casing are formed in the section 20, no large-sized mounting base is required.
