The present invention relates to a polyolefin-based elastomer composition comprising: (A) a resin mixture including a propylene polymer and an ethylene polymer; (B) a thermoplastic elastomer; (C) a long fiber reinforcing material; (D) a silane-grafted modified propylene copolyme; and (E) wollastonite powder. In addition, the present invention provides a polyolefin-based elastomer composition which has excellent stiffness and impact resistance in the case of forming thin thickness, has low shrinkage factor, and has the small difference between MD shrinkage factor and TD shrinkage factor, and a crash pad for vehicles comprising the same.
