PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a service user about a degree of influence of a fault on a service.SOLUTION: A fault information providing server 101 includes: a false/recovery management section 123 which manages a fault state of a processing server group 141; a log management section 137 which manages log information on a history of service providing status of the servers in the processing server group 141; a calculation rule management section 134 and a prediction rule management section 135, as rule management sections for managing rules on a service influence degree indicating a degree of influence of a fault on a service; a service influence degree calculation section 122 which calculates a service influence degree, on the basis of the log information managed in the log management section 137 and the rules managed in the rule management sections; and a service influence degree notifying section 121 which notifies a user of the service influence degree calculated by the service influence degree calculation section 122.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
