According to the present invention, the boiler using heat medium oil comprises: a main tank having a distribution tank storage unit, a heat medium oil storage unit, and a heated water storage unit; a heating water distribution tank installed in the distribution tank storage unit; a plurality of heated water heating pipes; and a heater.
