PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. consisting of an Br-Ca-Nb-O type basic component and an Li-Si-Ba, Mg, etc.,-O type additive component within a specified range in a specified triangular diagram, capable of being sintered at a relatively low temp. and having a relatively high dielectric constant and high linearity of temp. characteristics of the dielectric constant. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric porcelain compsn. is composed of 100 pts.wt. basic component represented by the formula (where 0.005<=x<=1.995 and 0.7<=k<=1.2) and 0.2-10.0 pts.wt. additive component consisting of Li2O, SiO2 and MO (M is one or more among Ba, Mg, Zn, Sr, etc.). The additive component is within the range defined by five straight lines successively connecting points A, B, C, D, E in the triangular diagram. Since the dielectric porcelain compsn. is sintered at <=1,200 deg.C in a nonoxidizing atmosphere, it is suitable for use as the dielectric of a laminated porcelain capacitor for temp. compensation fitted with an internal electrode of a base metal such as Ni. |
