PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set an inner sole to the shape fitted to the sole of a foot by demarcating the whole of the vol. part of each shoe and adjusting the partial vol. part formed by upper and inner soles by inserting a foot into each shoe over a definite time when each shoe is heated to predetermined temp. SOLUTION: A first vol. part V1 is demarcated by the shoe sole 3 of an upper 2 to be made a total vol. part. As the inner sole inserted in each shoe, a thermally moldable standard inner sole 4 is used. The inner sole 4 is deformed by heating the inner sole 4 to predetermined temp. over a predetermined time. An inner sole form has a contact surface 4 for forming the inner sole 4 and this contact surface 4 demarcates a second vol. part smaller than the first vol. part V1. By this constitution, the inner sole forming an internal shoe vol. part, that is, a partial vol. part V2 can be formed. |
