PURPOSE:To shorten time required for rotating a fitting member so that it may match a fitted groove by providing on the upper part of the head body fitted grooves in plural number of straight lines which almost intersect the rotating shaft of a head body and are nearly horizontal in mutually different directions. CONSTITUTION:Fitted grooves 52 are provided in plural number of straight lines which almost intersect the rotating shaft of a head body 15 and are nearly horizontal in mutually different directions on the upper part of the head body 15 having plural number of adsorbing nozzles 14. In addition, a fitting member (bit) 66 to vertically move for fitting in the groove 52 and a rotating means 69 to rotate the fitting member 66 in the horizontal plane are provided, and the fitting member 66 is rotated by the rotating means 69 so as to fit in the fitted groove 52 which is smallest in a rotating angle among the fitted grooves 52 provided in plural number of straight lines, and after lowering and fitting, rotated as much as a desired angle by the rotating means 69 to rotate the adsorbing nozzle 14 to a desired position. |
