PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a complex microorganism preparation which improves soils, activates soils, effectively improves soil pollution and assists the growth of farm products. SOLUTION: The present complex microorganism preparation comprises a plurality of the single microorganism groups, hormones produced by separately culturing a plurality of the single microorganism groups, and hormones produced by the cross culture of the single microorganism groups. The complex microorganism preparation can be applied to the improvement of soils, the activation of soils, the effective improvement of soil pollution and the assistance of the growth of farm products.
