<p>A display substrate and a display device are provided to prevent the temperature from rising due to the heat flowing inside, and easily discharge the generated heat outside. A display device comprises the first substrate, a light-shielding member, a color filter(220), a common electrode, the second substrate, a thin film transistor(120), a protective film, a pixel electrode(150) and a heat transfer layer. The light-shielding member is formed on the first substrate. The color filter is formed on the light-shielding member. The common electrode is formed on the color filter. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate. The thin film transistor is formed on the second substrate. The protective film is formed on the thin film transistor. The pixel electrode is formed on the protective film. The heat transfer layer is formed on the first substrate or the second substrate.</p> |
