PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that includes imaging means that photographs a subject, and can simultaneously execute imaging and image formation by using sheet loading means supported by an apparatus body outer surface part without impairing a sheet loading property.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 1 comprises: an apparatus body 1a that includes an image forming part 10 that forms images on sheets P1; and a sheet loading tray 11 that is supported by a front part 1b of the apparatus body 1a and can load the sheets P1 to be fed to the image forming part 10. The image forming apparatus 1 further comprises: a subject loading tray 12 that is provided at an upper part of the sheet loading tray 11 and can load a subject S; and a reading unit 231 that is supported at an upper part of the subject loading tray 12 on the apparatus body 1a and can photograph the subject S loaded on the subject loading tray 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
