PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase ion conductivity in a wide temperature range and improve safety and reliability by adding a mixed solvent of an ethylene carbonate and an ethyl methyl carbonate in which a weight ratio is within a specific range in an organic electrolyte containing an electrolytic salt and the organic solvent. SOLUTION: A mixed solvent of an ethylene carbonate and an ethyl methyl carbonate whose weight ratio is 5:5 to 1:10 is included and an inorganic oxide particle is added. The inorganic oxide particle is an alumina-based particle of 0.1 μm or less in crystal particle size and 50 m<2> /g or more in BET specific surface area, and at least one kind of electrolyte is a lithium salt. Thereby, the ethylene carbonate hardly crystallizes at a low temperature, high ion conductivity is achieved in a wide temperature range, current and temperature characteristics are improved when applied to an electrochemical element such as battery, and lowering of the capacity can be lessened even at a low temperature, particularly -10 deg.C or less. |
