摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively and cost effectively utilize fine powdery inorg. residues which are substantially worthless and have problems in disposition by using residual aluminum ash, coal ash, incineration ash, etc., alone or mixing these residues and firing and solidifying the mixture to granules of a suitable grain size with sand or glass cullet powder as a binder. SOLUTION: Water is added at 20 to 40 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. powdery material consisting of 40 to 70 wt.% fine powdery inorg. residues alone, such as residual aluminum ash of >=30% metal aluminum-component, fly ash, such as coal-fired thermal power station, coal ash, such as clinker ash, refuse incineration ash, such as dust collection ash and incineration ash of refuse incineration plants, etc., and slag, etc., or their mixture and 60 to 30% binder of sand or glass cullet powder and the mixture is kneaded. This granulation base body is subjected to humidifying and granulating with a pan type granulating machine, etc. The granules of the suitable grain size are dried at 200 to 400 deg.C with a rotary kiln, etc., and are then fired at 900 to 1100 deg.C, following which the granules are made into the prescribed grain size by sieving. As a result, the artificial aggregate for inexpensive concrete, etc., is obtd. by effectively utilizing the worthless fine powdery inorg. residues.</p>
