PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a push latch device in which a latch body part is surely connected to a latch hooking part even if the push latch device is installed without thinking much about it. SOLUTION: A connection member 2 pinched by the pinching part 23 of the latch body part 101 and hooked to a hooking piece 26 and connected to the latch body part 101 is swingably (oscillatingly) fitted to the base part of the latch hooking part 102. Since the connection member 22 is elastically pressed by a pair of regulating pieces 42a, 42b installed on a rotary regulating plate 42 from the upper and lower sides, the connection member 22 is held in the state of being orthogonal to the inner surface of a door body 2.
