PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser installation method capable of shortening a work period and of performing safe and efficient installation work.SOLUTION: A condenser installation method relates to how to install a condenser connected with a low pressure turbine at the lower part of the trestle which comprises a pedestal with the low pressure turbine installed therein and a leg that supports the pedestal. The installation method includes a step of removing part of the pedestal and building the trestle provided with an inlet part on a side so as to take a shape which makes it possible for the condenser to pass from the outside of the trestle to the inside (S1), a step of assembling the condenser outside of the trestle (S2), and a step of moving the condenser into the inside of the trestle and installing the condenser at the lower part of the trestle (S3). |
