PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a powdery pot-steamed hotchpotch material as a processed food to uniformly mix with water when the material powder is restored with water. SOLUTION: Dried powder of a mixture comprising liquid soup stock, an egg solution containing yolk and albumen and an emulsifier is provided as a pot steamed hotchpotch material. The mixture comprising liquid soup stock, egg solution containing yolk and albumen and emulsifier is subjected to drying treatment and powdering treatment. The hotchpotch material comprises 100 wt.% liquid soup stock, 94.0-182.0 wt.% yolk, 113-140 wf.% albumen and 0.2-4.0 wt.% emulsifier, especially preferably 100 wt.% liquid soup stock, 133.0 wt.% yolk, 126.0 wt.% albumen and 0.2-4.0 wt.% emulsifier. |
