In hollow mount (frame) having a bottom piece (1d) with openings (8) through which the bristles (7) carried by an inner piece (6) which can be displaced against the return force of springs (9) can pass, provision is made in the upper piece (1c) for a recess (4a) in which is mounted so as to pivot about a transverse pin (5c) a lever (5), one arm (5a) of which is accessible to one of the user's fingers, and another arm (5b) of which pushes the inner piece (6) in order to cause the bristles (7) to project, the change in position of the arm (5a) enabling the springs (9) to retract the bristles (7) inside the mount.
