<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a system effective for counseling in which a customer's request and a technician's proposal organically fuse together. SOLUTION: In this system, the thrust is the detailed management and usage of operation data, and in order to provide organic communication, with a customer, by which customer's claim and customer's liking are converged through the thrust, and to accurately convey, to a technician, requests from or images cherished by the customer who can experience new hairstyles with a personal computer or a mobile phone terminal even at home or the like, the following three items are managed: simulation data that distributes a new hairstyle and its operation method every week through the Internet; customer's attributes of full name, address, customer's code, etc., of customer and the operation data of cutting hair length, cutting angle of scissors, permanent wave operation and the like; and data tables for data management of coming-to-shop records of and operation contents for customers.</p> |
