摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of edge dislocation or the like in parceling work by feeding sheet smoothly without sudden fluctuation of tension according to the decrease of a machine glazed paper diameter at the time of feeding the sheet to a paceling part from the machine glazed paper in a paper feeding part. SOLUTION: On the basis of one of signals from a length measuring sensor formed of a rotary encoder 32 provided on a path for feeding a sheet S from a machine glazed paper R to a heating roller 6 of a parceling part, and from an angle sensor formed by combining a plurality of Hall element sensors 25 provided at a supporting shaft, and a plurality of magnets 24 provided at a core tube of the machine glazed paper R, the machine glazed paper wound quantity is obtained from the change of the outer signal. Tension is therefore appropriately adjusted without sudden fluctuation by performing stepwise brake control by a control signal corresponding to a wound quantity diameter.
