PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of obtaining high-quality imaging data.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes a circuit 11 and a circuit 12. The circuit 11 includes a photodiode 60, a transistor 51, a transistor 52, a transistor 53, a transistor 54, a transistor 55, a transistor 56, a transistor 57, a capacitor C1, a capacitor C2, and a capacitor C3, and functions as a pixel circuit. The circuit 12 includes a transistor 58 and functions as a reference current source circuit for compensating variation in threshold voltage of an amplifier transistor included in the circuit 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
