<p>PURPOSE:To prevent fire from being generated by arranging disaster-proof pipes to be doubled or more multiplied, and by separating a power cable and the disaster-proof pipes from each other, and the disaster-proof pipes from each other. CONSTITUTION:A destruction point is generated on a power cable 1, and by its energy, the internal pressure of an internal side disaster-proof-pipe 2 is heightened, but in its case, the internal side disaster-proof-pipe 2 is deformed by internal pressure with self elasticity, and energy is absorbed. If destruction energy is great and the internal side disaster-proof-pipe 2 is destroyed, energy with the self elasticity in an external side diaster-proof-pipe 4 is absorbed in the same manner as that of the energy in the internal side disaster-proof-pipe 2. Accordingly, by the external side disaster-proof pipe 4, oil or the like leaking out of the destruction point of the cable 1 is closed in the external side disaster- proof-pipe 4, and the danger of ignition can be eliminated. In this manner, by suppressing the feed of oxygen to a cable destruction port with the disaster- proof pipes for absorbing great grounding energy sufficiently, fire is prevented from being generated.</p> |
