The remote control circuit is used for a number of work stations with remote control receivers and position identification transmitters coupled to common transmission lines in a chain configuration. The control transmitter (3) is coupled to a clock generator (8) providing pulses of different length used for cyclic control of the successive work stations, the clock generator providing each new pulse for the central transmitter (3) in resonse to a signal fed back from the addressed work station.
