FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of aerosol after inhalation of 70-95% of inhalation volume and discontinued after inhalation of 80-100% of inhalation volume; treatment with low-frequency magnetic field of pathologic focus in respiratory tracts started in synchronism with beginning of aerosol entering of respiratory tracts, and finished at moment of beginning of exhalation. Device has control unit, sprayer, mask, respiration sensor. In device successively connected with control unit are output conjunction device, dose meter, megnetoinductors supply source, magnetoinductors and pulse generator. Control unit output is connected with pulse generator input. Pulse generator output is connected with sprayer. Control unit controls beginning and ending of aerosol supply and treatment with dosed magnetic field in compliance with preset task with adaptive following of intensity and phase of patient breathing. In case of patient's respiratory arrhythmia, control unit sends signal to patient. Method and device allow supply of medicine in form of aerosol at end of inhalation with regulation of start and finish of aerosol supply, treatment with alternating magnetic field from the moment of beginning of aerosol supply up to beginning of exhalation.
