摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembling and adjustment together with strength against mechanical disturbance and to facilitate the stabilization and increase in output of a laser beam by coupling a plurality of exciting modules arranged along the solid state laser rod and further fixing to a side plate. SOLUTION: Since a bolt 15 is inserted into a coupling through-hole 11 provided at a board 9 for constituting an exciting module 100 and clamped at a side plate 12 by a nut 16, a plurality of exciting modules 100 are accurately, simply, and rigidly coupled and fixed along a solid state laser rod 1 to a normal installation position. Since the installing position and angle of the module 100 are specified by the hole 11, the assembling and adjustment of the excition part are not only facilitated, but also even if disturbance such as mechanical vibration occurs, the deviations form the normal position and angle of the module 100 can be suppressed to within a predetermined range, stable amplifying characteristics and hence stable laser output can be obtained.
