PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to constitute the shape of graphics, characters, etc., by continuously forming housing recessed parts for housing light emitters and forming recessed curved surface parts for diffusing the light cast from these light emitters on the inside surfaces of these housing recessed parts. SOLUTION: A translucent cover 2 is formed to a U-shape in cross-section formed with a projecting curved surface on its outer peripheral surface and is formed to a shape continuous in a longitudinal direction. The housing recessed parts 2a for housing LED lamps 3 are formed linearly in the longitudinal direction within this cover 2. The LED lamps 3 are arranged apart prescribed intervals in the longitudinal direction of the light emitting implement 1 within the housing recessed parts 2a. The recessed curved surface parts 2b to 2d for diffusing the light cast from the LED lamps 3 to the outer periphery side of the cover 2 are formed on the inside surface of the housing recessed parts 2a.
