PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make condensed water of a heat exchanger for cooling hard to stick to a motor control means for controlling the number of revolution of a motor in a blower. SOLUTION: Condensed water can be made hard to stick to a resistor 50 because condensed water blown off to an air flow downstream side of an evaporator 40 drops downward by gravity and the resistor 50 for controlling driving voltage to a blower motor 32 is arranged on an upper side of the evaporator 40.
