PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform coloring as desired to the material to be treated by chemical conversion treatment, and to perform the same at a low cost. SOLUTION: In a water-permeable basket used for conveying the material W to be treated on chemical conversion treatment, the inner face of a basket body 2 is provided with an electrolytic corrosion resistant film 5 using a heat resistant paint as the material.
