The invention describes the novel compound 4(Z)-6-([2,4,5-cis]-4-o-hydroxyphenyl-2-trifluoromethyl-1,3-dioxan-5-y l)hexenoic acid of formula I and its pharmaceutically acceptacle salts and pharmaceutical compositions, which are of value in treating certain pulmonary and/or vascular disorders. Also described are various processes for the manufacture of the novel compound and intermediates for use therein. |
