PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit an image designated in advance by an image designation means in an image storage circuit in the case that a camera is in a contained state at transmission of information. SOLUTION: When a camera is in a contained state, an image signal changeover circuit selects image information designated in advance in an image storage circuit in place of image information from an imaging device, and the selected image information is sent to an opposite video telephone set with an audio signal from an audio processing circuit 3 by an information transmission reception circuit 6, then a meaningful image is transmitted to the opposite party even when a lens is in a contained state. |
