The device consists of a medication ampoule (1) with theoretical opening point (2), an adapter unit (3) with adapter extension (13), a correspondingly dimensioned syringe (5) and a casing (6) which maintains sterility. The adapter component (3) pref. comprises a rubber-elastic material, which encases the medication ampoule (1) and on the opposite side has an adapter projection (13) for a correspondingly dimensioned syringe (5). The rubber-elastic adapter unit (3) is pref. of duroplastic and by withdrawal of the unit: medication ampoule-adapter unit prevents a possible contamination of the syringe cone (4) and the cannula. The medication ampoule is pref. of glass and has a theoretical breaking point (2). Alternatively, it can be of inert plastic. USE/ADVANTAGE - For filling a syringe for medication admin., it saves times in emergency situations and at the same time overcomes the infection risk.
