PURPOSE:To prevent interruption of communication attended with the changeover by deciding an optimum base station when a mobile terminal equipment changes over a channel, allowing a mobile communication exchange to control a radio base station to control the changeover of the channel thereby simplifying a changeover control procedure of the channel attended with the movement of the mobile terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A communication object base station decision means 302 of a mobile terminal equipment 3 decides an optimum radio base station 2 as a communication object in response to a current position of the terminal equipment 3. A vice packet transmission reception means 301 processes a voice signal sent from the user of the terminal equipment 3 into a packet, sends the packet to the base station 2 decided by the means 302, receives a voice packet sent from the station 2 and inversely converts the packet into a voice signal. A transmission/ reception means 101 of a mobile communication exchange 1 converts the voice signal transmitting to the terminal equipment 3 controlling as a call control exchange into packet, transfers the packet to the terminal equipment 3 via the station 2, receives the voice packet from the terminal equipment and inversely converts the packet into the voice signal. The control means 102 revises a transfer path of the voice packet transferred by the means 101 to the terminal equipment 3. The means 201 transfers the transmission reception voice packet between the terminal equipment 3 and the exchange 1. |
