PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a 1-to-multiple communication by a Bluetooth system on the premise of a 1-to-1 communication. SOLUTION: Radio communication is made between a transmitting device 12 and each portable terminal 14 by the Bluetooth system on the premise of 1-to-1 communication. When one portable terminal 14 establishes a communication protocol with the transmitting device 12 and receives contents from the transmitting device 12, the service number included in the contents is registered in a database. When the same portable terminal 14 establishes the communication protocol with the transmitting device 12 again after the reception of the contents is completed, the service number received form the transmitting device 12 after the establishment coincides with the service number registered in the database. Then the CPU of the portable terminal 14 forcibly turns off a Bluetooth module. Consequently, the same portable terminal 14 is unable to establish the communication protocol repeatedly and successively with the transmitting device 12.
