A method for providing a mobile station target with multimedia contents before a call is connected is provided to set a protocol for transmitting the multimedia between the mobile station target and a network before a receiver receives the call during a call in the mobile communication, thereby transmitting the multimedia such as images or videos to the mobile station target before the receiver receives the call.
