PURPOSE:To prevent characteristics from being degraded by decreasing the number of times of write in a flash memory. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with a parity data storage part 4 for generating the parity of one bit per specified bit at a parity generation part and storing the parity in the case of storing received information in a buffer storage part 3, buffer storage part 11 for data to store the received information of the buffer storage part 3 by blocks, flash memory 12 for writing the received information of the buffer storage part 11 for the unit of a block, and flash memory 8 for parity to convert the parity data of the parity data storage part 4 to parallel parity data at an SP/PS conversion part 6, to store those parity data in a buffer storage part 7 and to write the parity data in the all the blocks of the received information later simultaneously from the buffer storage part 7, and when reading the stored information from the flash memory 12, it is checked by comparing the parity generated by the parity generation part 5 with the parity from the flash memory 8. |
